This is a treat for everyone! Thick cut toast covered in our silky banana sauce and fresh sliced bananas. Served with sausage links, fresh fruit salad, and roasted breakfast potatoes.

Fresh eggs, green chiles, bell peppers, Mexican cheese blend, and breakfast sausage baked to perfection. Served with our fresh salsa, roasted breakfast potatoes, and fruit salad.

-Cajun Eggs Benedict- Fresh Andouille sausage layered with poached eggs, English muffins and hollandaise sauce (this counts as two selections).

-Spinach Frittata- baked egg casserole bubbling with cheese and sautéed spinach.
-Good Ole Scrambled Eggs
-Huevos Mexicana-scrambled with grilled peppers and onions, fresh house salsa, and lots of melted jack cheese.
